Jones said "Birmingham News" reporter Greg Garrison told her several women called and accused Ousley of inappropriately touching their daughters while he pastored The Church at Brook Hills in Birmingham, Ala. Two women have posted detailed descriptions of encounters they had with Ousley on the Internet. None of the stories could be confirmed.
Jones described one particular tryst with Ousley when Samford's football team traveled to Waco, Texas, to play Baylor in 2005.
When the team arrived at the Holiday Inn, Jones was sitting in her vehicle after driving three hours from Katy, Texas. Ousley got off the bus wearing a suit and tie, waved to Jones and checked into the hotel. He called Jones and told her his room number, changed clothes and told her to wait about thirty minutes and make sure the halls were clear.
"How he could go down for the morning worship and then come back to me-it all makes me sick now," Jones said. "Of course I couldn't leave the room. He had to bring me my food, he had to bring me my Coke and everything. The team had a buffet-style dinner. He said, 'I'm going to take some up to the room in case I get hungry later.' Well, it was for me. I couldn't leave the room until 35 minutes after the buses all pulled out to go play because the team all stays on one hall."
Jones decided to go public after getting a call from Ousley on March 5. A fundraising benefit took place on March 9, with a silent auction that raised thousands of dollars for Ousley to take the entire fall off from Quixotic Ministries to write a book.
A woman had e-mailed Joyce Ousley, Rick's wife, saying 'I can't wait to see you at the banquet,' and he suspected Jones.
"He said, 'Is that you trying to get my attention?' I said no, absolutely not. We've never e-mailed each other," Jones said. "He said, 'Oh, Lord…' He had told me he'd had one other affair besides me, which is now a bold-faced lie. I said, 'Could it be that other woman?' His exact quote to me was 'which one?' In other words, he was scared to death of who was going to show up at that benefit."

Waiting to see the comments. I also think that Christopher Smith did a GREAT job in telling a very sad but true story that needed to come out.

I am shocked that Samford University has not demanded that Samford's name be removed from Rick Ousley's web site!
