Holidays compete for attention

You walk into the store on Halloween and take in the sea of Christmas greens. Ornaments of crimson seem to have taken the place of pilgrims. Students say that an important holiday is being forgotten, especially in retail stores. Thanksgiving falls in the middle of Halloween and Christmas.

Library takes pay cut

During a typical day, the Samford library sees hundreds of people pass through its doors.  Whether studying, socializing, or taking a quick nap between classes, people are always in the library.
